About the Coffee
Coffee producer Rodyio Tacdoy has crafted a truly unique coffee by incorporating beer yeast into the fermentation process of this washed Arabica. The beans were fermented for 36 hours, during which the interaction between the yeast and the coffee's natural sugars in the mucilage created a distinct flavor profile. This innovative process brings out delicate floral notes, the sweetness of dalandan, and the subtle complexity of black tea.
