
With a minimal capital, we started as a home-based business selling bottled cold brew coffee and single drip coffee bags. With each sale, we saved up and eventually purchased our first Behmor Coffee Roaster with 400g drum capacity.

We expanded into customized gift sets and 250g to 1kg coffee bag sizes. We opened our first pop-up cafe in Taft that gave us a glimpse of connecting directly with the community.

The pandemic pushed us back home, but we didn’t stop. We launched our products on Lazada and Shopee, bought B1, our 1kg Allio Bullet Roaster, and went live with our own website. We adapted, pivoted, and pushed forward.

With the world still online, we focused fully on e-commerce. We joined Foodpanda and GrabFood, making our ready to drink coffees and coffee bags more accessible on demand.

We took a leap of faith and signed the lease for our café & roastery space on Jimenez Street. We officially incorporated and began turning an idea into a physical space.

On January 16, 2023, we finally opened our doors and welcomed new & familiar faces. Years of hard work and wishful thinking came to life in one beautiful, intimate, and coffee-filled space. We were very excited to re-connect with the community. The community response was overwhelming—in the best way. To keep up with growing demand, we bought B2, our second 1kg Allio Bullet Roaster.

To meet growing demand, we moved our roasting and production operations to a new space. We also deepened our connection with our partner coffee producers and organizations — organizing farm tours to help with harvesting and processing, and hosting workshops to share what we've learned along the way. The dream continues to grow.
